Pillows are part of out life’s journey from approximately age three through death. A pillow can hold the lifetime of an individual, creating a portrait, layer upon layer, year after year. There is a certain level of comfort or a feeling of “home” that is created when we connect ourselves with this familiar object. The idea is to tap into this emotion and create an environment of “pillowness.”

A video was created to express the personal way in which we release our feelings and desires, when using a pillow.

The imagery is used to capture the flow of these random experiences, be they conscious or sub-conscious.

The images reflect the emotions we release while dreaming and in the interstice between wakefulness and sleep.
